Non-laminating inkjet PVC sheet (Dragon card sheet) is known as the most economic material solution for normal card production. There are three sheets in one set including 2 transparent printing sheets (sheet A) plus 1 middle white core sheet (sheet B).

The recommended card production procedures are detailed as below:  

1.  Print the image on the two sheets A with inkjet printer (remember to choose “mirror printing”), wait and let the ink dry up completely (normally around 5-10 minutes) 
2. Remove the protection films on the middle core sheet, put the printed sheets right on both sides of the middle core sheet, then let it go through the rolling laminator (set temperature around 150℃-180℃) 
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
