Matte Finish Card Lamination Steel Plate MSP-M have matte finish surfaces on both sides and are designed for laminating plastic card sheets in the cad laminator. It can ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination.   

It can also used for INLAY (Prelam) sheet lamination to realize silk rough surface of INLAY sheet after lamination. It can well ensure perfect plastic card surface finish after lamination. Our plates are being widely used by many card factories in both China and foreign countries worldwide.

Key Features: 

1). The two sides are covered with protection foils (blue thin films) to ensure good protection on both surfaces. There is no glue left after the foil is removed before the plate is used at the first time.

2). There are no scratches, dents, stripes shadows and dust on plate surfaces.

3). The edges are smooth and deburred with the round curved corners.

4). Two sides are made matte in the same quality.

5). After lamination, the plates are not sticking to the laminated plastic sheets.

    The steel plate is used to make all kinds of frosted CARDS, which are put on the laminating film and laminated by the  machine to achieve the frosting effect.Laminating plates are widely used in many card manufacturers at home and abroad for their high strength and accurate Ra values. During the process of card pressing, laminates can be well copied to the CARDS.
